AHOY, it's wonderful to meet you. I’m Melinda Pitsaros, owner and a luxury travel advisor at Coastal and Beyond Travel. While studying tourism during college (Go Razorbacks), I immersed myself in the hospitality industry, interning at a large resort in the Florida Keys, leading to a 10-year career in hotel sales and event management.
After years of corporate conferences, I knew I wanted more... and it happened! I got the call and was given an opportunity that would change my world! An event company organizing travel to some of the world's largest sporting & cultural events, such as the Olympics, World Cup, and Oktoberfest, which gave me a chance to deep dive into a country's culture by living abroad for several months at a time.
I truly fell in love with the world during this time, bonding with the notion that organizing leisure travel as a profession was my calling. I crave to create experiences for individuals to assist them in living out their travel dreams!
With 20+ years of management and professional accreditations in the travel and hospitality industry, I bring extensive experience and relationships from multiple aspects of travel to design and manage your next great travel experience.
